1. Who we are

FixMyVibe is a service of Mosselaer Holding B.V., Oostwijk 41, 5406 XT Uden, The Netherlands, KvK 59637293, VAT NL853582075B01 (“we”). These terms apply to every use of fixmyvibe.dev and every audit you order.

2. The service

FixMyVibe runs automated analysis (scanners and an AI review) on a code repository you submit, or a passive check of a website you submit (public pages and files only), and delivers a report with findings and suggested fix prompts. Delivery “in about an hour” is a target, not a guaranteed deadline. Very large repositories may get a scoped scan; the report says so.

3. Your responsibilities

• Only submit repositories or websites you own or are authorised to have audited. For a website scan you confirm this with the checkbox on the form.
• Live checks (such as the Supabase check) only run after you verify ownership.
• Do not use the service to attack, scrape or test systems that are not yours.
• You decide whether and how to apply any fix. Review generated prompts and code changes before shipping them.

4. No guarantee

An audit is a best-effort, automated review. It cannot find every issue and is not a guarantee that your application is secure, correct, compliant or cost-efficient. The “FixMyVibe Verified” badge means that a scan found no open launch blockers at that moment; it is not a certification.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros on the website, per audit, as one-time payments via PayPal or Stripe (card, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay), unless stated otherwise (Live Verified is a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time in PayPal or in the Stripe customer portal). If a paid scan fails on our side and no report can be delivered, we refund the payment. This normally happens automatically through the payment provider you used (PayPal or Stripe); if the automatic refund fails, we process it manually.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

The audit is digital content/a service that starts immediately at your request. By ordering, you agree to immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once the scan has been completed.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability per order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit, data loss, or damage from security incidents in your application. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence.

8. Your code and intellectual property

Your code remains yours. You give us a limited right to process it solely to deliver the audit. See the privacy policy for retention. Reports are for your own use and may be shared with your team and clients.

9. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
